1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SendMeLink ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of sendmelink.in.

2. Description of Service

SendMeLink is a SaaS platform that allows Instagram Professional account holders to automate direct messages to users who comment specific keywords on their Instagram Reels. The Service connects to your Instagram account via Meta's official OAuth and API infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You must hold a valid Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account to use the automation features.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sendmelink.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, or any applicable laws
• Circumvent Instagram's rate limits or messaging policies
• Collect or harvest data from other users without their consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

6. Meta Platform Compliance

SendMeLink operates through Meta's official APIs and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms. Your use of Instagram features through SendMeLink must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The SendMeLink name, logo, and platform are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content you create (keywords, messages, automation configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us at support@sendmelink.in.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by Meta's API changes, downtime, or policy updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendMeLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
